By accessing our services or purchasing our products, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions.

1. Institutional Authority & Product Integrity

All products distributed by ASK International, including the Germnil, Signature, and BMTF Nutraceutical lines, are manufactured under the active participation of Army Pharma Limited. We guarantee that all healthcare and hygiene items have obtained the No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the Directorate General of Drug Administration (DGDA) and are BSTI certified.

2. Accuracy of Product Information

We strive to provide the most accurate details regarding generic formulations, pack sizes, and clinical benefits.

• Formulations: Our sanitizers and disinfectants are formulated to strict laboratory standards (e.g., 80% Ethanol for Germnil clinical sprays).
• Pharmaceuticals: Essential medicines like Windol 500 are manufactured to national regulatory standards. ASK International reserves the right to update product specifications or packaging based on manufacturing directives from BMTF.

3. Pricing, VAT, and Payments

• Pricing Structure: All official transactions are based on the Trade Price (TP) plus 15% VAT, not exceeding the Maximum Retail Price (MRP) listed in our official registers.
• E-commerce Pricing: Website prices reflect a 10% discount from the MRP as part of our commitment to bringing "Army's Trusted Health Care Products Closer to You".
• Coupon Usage: Discounts applied via the ASKINTL10 code are subject to a single use per transaction unless otherwise stated.

4. Ordering and Distribution

• Order Channels: Official orders must be placed via our hotline at +880 1769-004027 or through contact@askintlbd.com.
• Bulk & Corporate Orders: We specialize in Corporate Packages for offices and hospitals. Specialized pricing for 5-Liter institutional bulk containers is available upon verification of the purchasing entity.

5. Intellectual Property

The slogans "The Trust of the Bangladesh Army—Now in Your Hands" and "A Touch of Care," along with the logos of BMTF and Army Pharma Limited, are protected institutional assets. Unauthorized use of these trademarks is strictly prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

ASK International acts as the distribution bridge between the manufacturing site in Joydebpur, Gazipur and the end consumer. While we ensure products leave our facility in peak clinical condition, we are not liable for damages caused by improper storage or usage contrary to the generic instructions provided on the packaging.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh. Any disputes will be handled with the discipline and integrity associated with our management by the Bangladesh Army.
